Many people, particularly those who haven't exercised for some time, feel more comfortable exercising under the direction and supervision of a fitness professional. Our specially trained fitness trainer will design an exercise program with the needs of the elderly in mind and help achieve each individuals goals.
“Our 84-year-old mom had been using a walker for a couple of years and was only slowly recovering from total knee replacement surgery. Since working with personal trainer Nathan Ubl at Alameda Elder Services, her gait and stability have improved so much, she no longer needs her walker and only occasionally needs a cane for longer excursions.
